PLEASE NOTE: EACH APPOINTMENT LASTS FOR 10 MINUTES AND IS FOR ONE PATIENT ONLY.  IF YOU REQUIRE MORE TIME WITH THE DOCTOR. PLEASE ASK THE RECEPTIONIST FOR A DOUBLE APPOINTMENT.

Welcome to Flax Medical Centre

child_plasterThe practice provides health care for over 3100 patients. It is situated in the Flax Community Centre, Ardoyne Avenue, Belfast. The practice was established with medical services provided by Dr Tan.

Patients can register with the practice. Please speak to the receptionist.

                                                           

Dr Michael Tan (male) and Dr Anitha Sanji (female) make up the medical team.

The premises are accessible by patients with disabilities and are suitable for wheelchair users.

 

 


From 1/4/2014 patients must give 48 hours notice when ordering a repeat prescription.

From 9/6/14 Reception will close each day at 12.30pm and again at 5pm except on a Wednesday when the surgery closes at 1pm.  Afternoon opening is changed to 2pm.

THE PRACTICE IS CURRENTLY MONITORING MISSED APPOINTMENTS.  IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND CANNOT ATTEND.  PLEASE CONTACT RECEPTION AND CANCEL THIS. THIS MEANS THAT THE APPOINTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR ANOTHER PATIENT TO USE.  THANK YOU.
